Seaside A Cappella launched its annual Summer Sing program on June 29, with the tagline Do You Like to Sing? Apparently, the answer is a resounding “Yes!” Nearly 40 women attended the first night, and a dozen more are expected for Week 2.
The program runs over seven Wednesdays. Women were invited via Facebook, the website, posters, and word of mouth to come out, learn and sing a song with the chorus, find out all about a cappella singing, meet new people, and… just have fun! There may even be a public performance to look forward to at the end of it all!
This is the fourth in-person Summer Sing program for Seaside A Cappella. The chorus held a virtual program during the last two years, and still managed to attract several women who like to sing.
